Return Eligibility
Eligibility Requirements
To maintain strict laboratory safety and compound stability standards, products must meet all following criteria to be eligible for return:
Unopened Material
Original sealed packaging must be completely intact and show no signs of access.
14-Day Window
Return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Secondary Seals
All secondary safety seals and shrink-wraps must remain untampered and original.
Non-Eligible Products
Opened or tampered products are strictly ineligible for return due to bio-hazard protocols.
Shipping Policy
Domestic USA Shipping
We apologize that international shipping is not available at this time. We are currently able to ship only within the United States.
All domestic research orders are shipped via high-priority carriers with typical transit time of 2–3 business days. Overnight priority shipping is available for urgent laboratory requirements.

Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all unopened, vacuum-sealed products. Due to strict laboratory safety and compound stability protocols, we cannot offer refunds on items that have had their secondary safety seals tampered with or broken.
Research Verification Guarantee
If analytical laboratory testing (HPLC/MS) demonstrates that a batch does not meet our guaranteed >99% purity threshold, we will issue a full refund or priority reshipment regardless of seal status, provided professional lab data is documented.
How to Request a Refund
Initiate Request
Email our support team at [email protected] with your Order Number and "Return Request" in the subject line.
RMA Verification
Our laboratory logistics team will review the request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 24 business hours.
Dispatch Shipment
Securely package the unopened vials and dispatch them back to our synthesis facility using the provided instructions.
Return Shipping Policy
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, except in cases where the return is necessitated by a verifiable synthesis error, purity failure, or incorrect item dispatch. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for returned materials lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once the return shipment is received and our laboratory team verifies the integrity of the seals, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment. You will receive an automated notification once the reversal has been initiated.
Shipping Issues (Lost/Damaged)
All blank. shipments are fully insured. If your package arrives with compromised vials, broken seals, or is lost by the carrier, we will initiate a priority reshipment at no cost to you.
Required Documentation:
Clear photographic evidence of the damaged outer packaging and compromised vials must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they have been dispatched from the laboratory. Typically, this window is less than 24 hours. Once a tracking number has been generated and the courier has taken possession of the materials, the order cannot be altered.
Carrier Delays
Carrier delays are outside our immediate control. However, we monitor all active research shipments. If a package remains stationary in a carrier's facility for more than 72 hours, please contact us. We will open an official carrier investigation and, if necessary, prepare a replacement shipment to ensure your research project remains on timeline.
