The client ("Buyer") desires to purchase research MATERIAL from Blank Peptides ("Company"). The purpose of this Agreement is to allow the parties to determine the conditions and restrictions of the sale and purchase of the material.

As used herein, the term "MATERIAL" means any product and/or services which Buyer purchases or obtains from Blank Peptides including, but not limited to, peptides, proteins, liquids, powders, chemicals, labware, and hardware.

All products on this site are for research and development use only. Products are not for human consumption of any kind.

The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Buyer agrees that MATERIAL will NOT be used for any human or animal consumption and is for qualified professionals only.

Buyer agrees that Blank Peptides will not take any legal responsibilities for improper usage of our MATERIAL. In no event shall Blank Peptides, or any of its affiliates be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, whether Buyer's claim in contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Blank Peptides harmless from all claims, expenses, losses and liability arising out of Buyer's handling and/or use of any product sold here, whether used alone or in combination with any other substance.

The Buyer of this MATERIAL conveys to Blank Peptides the limited, non-transferable right to use the purchased amount of the MATERIAL only to perform internal research for the sole benefit of the Buyer.

No right to resell this product or any of its components is conveyed. This product is for internal research purposes only and is not for use in commercial applications of any kind.

Buyer acknowledges that the MATERIAL have not been tested by Blank Peptides for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, or commercial use.

Buyer represents and warrants to Blank Peptides that Buyer will properly test and use any MATERIAL purchased in accordance with the practices of any reasonable person who is an expert in any appropriate scientific field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws.

Material is subject to a 14-day inspection period from the date of receipt. All returns require the MATERIAL to be in its original, unopened packaging with seals intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless the MATERIAL arrived damaged in transit.

Verified refunds will be issued within 15 business days of the Company receiving and verifying the returned MATERIAL.

Disputes are taken very seriously and will be treated as fraud against our company. If you have changed your mind about a product, it is not grounds for filing a fraudulent chargeback claim.

All legitimate product quality issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence and detailed documentation. Disputes reported after 30 days are forfeited and will not be addressed.

Chargebacks without prior direct communication with our support team are considered fraudulent and subject to immediate account termination, legal action, and potential referral to payment processor fraud departments. We will aggressively defend against all chargeback claims.

If you have any issues with a product, contact our support team immediately to explore your options. Do not file chargebacks without exhausting all resolution avenues with us first.

Some products on our catalog are offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-order products are clearly labeled as "Pre-Order" on the product page, and the standard ships-in countdown and current-batch availability indicators do not apply to these items.

Placing a pre-order reserves a vial from an upcoming synthesis batch. Payment is captured at the time the order is placed, not at the time of shipment. Estimated availability windows shown on the product page (typically 3–7 business days) are good-faith projections based on lab schedule and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Synthesis, QC validation, and third-party testing can extend the window.

You may cancel any pre-order line item for a full refund at any time before it ships by contacting our support team. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is treated like any other order and falls under our standard Shipping & Returns policy.

Orders that contain a mix of in-stock and pre-order items will, by default, be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. If you would like in-stock items to ship immediately and the pre-order item to follow as a separate shipment, please note this at checkout or contact support after placing the order. Additional shipping fees may apply to split shipments.

Promotional pricing, batch-specific pricing, and any pre-order discount displayed at checkout are honored at the price shown when the order was placed, regardless of price changes between order and fulfillment.

Orders shipping outside of the United States are subject to the import laws, duties, taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees of the destination country. The Buyer is solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and other charges levied by the destination country or its carriers, regardless of who is listed as the recipient on the shipping label and regardless of whether such charges are disclosed at checkout.

Blank Peptides is not responsible for customs clearance, customs holds, customs seizures, additional documentation requests from customs authorities, or final-mile delivery once the shipment has been tendered to the international carrier. Transit times and delivery dates on international shipments are good-faith estimates only and may be extended materially by customs processing, carrier delays, or destination-country requirements outside of our control.

All international orders are FINAL once the shipment leaves our facility. By placing an international order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the sale becomes final at the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier, regardless of the subsequent customs status of that shipment — including but not limited to delays, refusals, abandonment, return-to-sender events, destruction, or seizure by customs authorities.

Refunds, returns, exchanges, and chargebacks are not available on international orders for any reason once the shipment has left our facility, including in the event the shipment is held, delayed, destroyed, returned, or seized in customs. Buyer assumes full responsibility for confirming that the MATERIAL ordered is legal to import into the destination country prior to placing the order.
