Purchase Agreement
The client ("Buyer") desires to purchase research MATERIAL from Blank Peptides ("Company"). The purpose of this Agreement is to allow the parties to determine the conditions and restrictions of the sale and purchase of the material.
As used herein, the term "MATERIAL" means any product and/or services which Buyer purchases or obtains from Blank Peptides including, but not limited to, peptides, proteins, liquids, powders, chemicals, labware, and hardware.
Research Use Only
All products on this site are for research and development use only. Products are not for human consumption of any kind.
The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Buyer agrees that MATERIAL will NOT be used for any human or animal consumption and is for qualified professionals only.
Age Verification
You must be at least 21 (twenty one) years of age to purchase MATERIAL on this website. By proceeding with a purchase, you warrant that you meet this age requirement and are purchasing for legitimate research purposes.
Liability & Indemnification
Buyer agrees that Blank Peptides will not take any legal responsibilities for improper usage of our MATERIAL. In no event shall Blank Peptides, or any of its affiliates be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, whether Buyer's claim in contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Blank Peptides harmless from all claims, expenses, losses and liability arising out of Buyer's handling and/or use of any product sold here, whether used alone or in combination with any other substance.
Patent Disclaimer
Blank Peptides does not warrant that the use or sale of the MATERIAL delivered hereunder will not infringe the claims of any United States or other patents covering the product itself or the use thereof. The listing of a MATERIAL on this website does not constitute a license to, or a recommendation for its use in infringement of any patent whatsoever.
Restricted Use
The Buyer of this MATERIAL conveys to Blank Peptides the limited, non-transferable right to use the purchased amount of the MATERIAL only to perform internal research for the sole benefit of the Buyer.
No right to resell this product or any of its components is conveyed. This product is for internal research purposes only and is not for use in commercial applications of any kind.
Safety & Compliance
Buyer acknowledges that the MATERIAL have not been tested by Blank Peptides for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, or commercial use.
Buyer represents and warrants to Blank Peptides that Buyer will properly test and use any MATERIAL purchased in accordance with the practices of any reasonable person who is an expert in any appropriate scientific field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws.

Order Acceptance

Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping if an item is backordered.
Privacy
We keep your personal information private and secure. We use this information to process your order(s), update you on purchases, and personalize your experience. We do not sell your laboratory or institution data to third parties.
Shipping Policy
Most orders will ship the same business day if received prior to 3 pm EST. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends except by prior laboratory arrangement. Any transit time offered is an estimate only.
Taxes
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to addresses within states where Blank Peptides holds a presence. Buyer is solely responsible for any other taxes that may apply.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, Blank Peptides shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.
Refund & Return Policy
Material is subject to a 14-day inspection period from the date of receipt. All returns require the MATERIAL to be in its original, unopened packaging with seals intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless the MATERIAL arrived damaged in transit.
Verified refunds will be issued within 15 business days of the Company receiving and verifying the returned MATERIAL.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Blank Peptides be liable for any amount exceeding the purchase price of the material in question. No indirect, consequential, or punitive damages shall be awarded or sought under any legal theory, including contract, tort, or strict liability.
Dispute Resolution & Chargeback Policy
Disputes are taken very seriously and will be treated as fraud against our company. If you have changed your mind about a product, it is not grounds for filing a fraudulent chargeback claim.
All legitimate product quality issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence and detailed documentation. Disputes reported after 30 days are forfeited and will not be addressed.
Chargebacks without prior direct communication with our support team are considered fraudulent and subject to immediate account termination, legal action, and potential referral to payment processor fraud departments. We will aggressively defend against all chargeback claims.
If you have any issues with a product, contact our support team immediately to explore your options. Do not file chargebacks without exhausting all resolution avenues with us first.
