What are the five questions worth asking?

On provenance, the about page states that “Phoenix specializes in manufacturing Peptides, Custom Peptide Synthesis, Antibodies, and Assay Kits,” that “All production is done in-house in the USA,” and lists the laboratory address as “330 Beach Road, Burlingame, CA 94010, USA.” That’s an explicit manufacturing claim with a physical location behind it, and on this rubric it’s their strongest row by a distance.
On testing, less is published. The BPC-157 page carries no testing language at all and states that “BPC-157 products are not sold by Purerawz,” presenting “BUY HERE” buttons to seven other vendors, each with a coupon code.
