What can you actually check before you order?

The rubric goes down before either name is examined, because criteria assembled afterward quietly reshape themselves around whichever site you’d already warmed to.

Provenance is the first row. Does the company state that it makes the peptide, or does it describe getting finished material from elsewhere? The verbs on an about page carry more information than the adjectives on a homepage. Production reads as “we synthesize” and “our facility”; distribution reads as “we work with” and “sourced from”. Knowing which applies tells you who can answer a hard question when a lot disappoints.

Second, is the laboratory named? Independent testing gets claimed almost everywhere in this market and attributed almost nowhere. A name converts a claim into something checkable without the vendor’s cooperation, which is exactly why it stays rare.

Third, how deep does the panel go? HPLC purity measures the proportion of sample under the main peak. Mass spectrometry confirms identity through molecular mass. Endotoxin covers bacterial breakdown products and sterility covers viable growth. Purity on its own is a fair thing to report, provided nobody presents it as a complete analytical record.

Fourth, is a certificate readable before payment, and does it carry a batch or lot number that will also appear on the vial? Without that link you’re reading a document about material you may never receive.

Fifth, do blends state milligrams per component? A blend described only by total weight can’t be reconstituted to a known concentration for any single compound inside it. Company age stays off the list entirely, since it describes nothing measurable about a batch.

The standard used in this comparison

These rows are the specification Blank Peptides publishes its own lot certificates against, in a public library of batch certificates of analysis. Naming that source seems only fair, since a yardstick means more when whoever wrote it already submits to it, and anyone writing from inside a market should say where their criteria came from. That’s the whole of the connection, and everything after this belongs to Pure Rawz and Verified Peptides.

What Pure Rawz publicly states

Pure Rawz runs purerawz.co, and it answers the first rubric row with a disclosure most companies in this market would rather avoid printing.

The about page describes “an independent online resource created to make information about peptides, supplements, nootropics, research compounds, and other emerging products easier to understand”, then states “Purerawz does not sell products directly”, followed by “We do not manufacture, stock, package, ship, or fulfill orders for the products discussed on this website.” The same page states “Purerawz is an informational and affiliate website. We do not sell or directly supply the products featured on this website”, and that the company “may participate in affiliate marketing programs”, receiving “a commission at no additional cost to you” on qualifying purchases made through third-party links. The terms page restates that and adds “Where a product page contains a purchase link, that link may direct you to a third-party website.”

Provenance therefore resolves by the company describing itself as outside the chain of custody, which sends every manufacturing and testing question through to whichever seller a link resolves to. It’s a real answer, even though it isn’t the one the row was built to produce.

Testing copy from an earlier version of the site is still visible. The homepage states “Third-party testing is performed by an outside lab” and “We go beyond in-house quality checks and verify each batch with rigorous testing for purity, potency, and consistency”, with per-product figures such as “99.9% Pure” and “99% Pure”. No laboratory was named on the pages reviewed 2026-09-08, and mass spectrometry, bacterial endotoxin and sterility results were not listed. The legacy certificate index is still carried in search results but returned a 404 on the review date, and the peptide blends category returned a maintenance notice reading “We are doing some work on our site.” One legacy certificate PDF stayed reachable, carrying lot PRWZ-083 against a 2023 test date, so lot-keyed documents have existed even though no current library opened. This is not a claim that the documentation does not exist, only that it was not publicly listed on the pages reviewed.

The concession goes to candour and to breadth. Stating in plain words that you don’t manufacture, stock, package, ship or fulfil is worth more to a reader than the soft “our facility” phrasing that fills this market, and it sets expectations correctly in one sentence. The subject range it covers, across peptides, supplements, nootropics and other research compounds, also spans wider ground than most single-vendor catalogs.

What Verified Peptides publicly states

Verified Peptides documents in a register built almost entirely around the published batch report, and that’s where its concession sits.

On provenance, the homepage states products are “manufactured in a controlled clean facility that follows Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)” without naming the facility or stating who operates it. On testing, it refers to a “reputable third party analytical testing lab” and a “trusted analytical testing lab” without naming either. Methods are stated more specifically: “Every batch is analytically verified with HPLC”, with quality control described as covering purity, net peptide content, endotoxins and sterility, and purity stated as “purity at 99%.” The site states “Test results are publicly available for your viewing on the Lab Tests page” alongside a claim of “over 500+ published Certificates of Analysis.” Mass spectrometry identity confirmation was not listed in the stated panel on the pages reviewed 2026-09-08.

The archive is where this company is strongest, and it’s a genuine strength worth naming. The reports page opened without a login on the pass reviewed, headlined “500+ published peptide certificates of analysis”, and individual entries carried batch identifiers such as “Batch Number: 5AQ05260450D” alongside a purity figure quoted to three decimal places, an endotoxin result marked “Pass”, sterility marked “Pass” on some entries, net weight, and residual TFA. Blends get the same treatment, which is unusual: the GLOW product page states measured component masses of “GHK-Cu: 59.95mg / BPC-157: 12.25mg / TB-500(TB4): 12.16mg” against “Batch #: GL06260770F”, with the certificates linked directly from the page.

Two things follow from that worth stating carefully. Publishing measured masses per component, rather than nominal label amounts, is a stronger form of blend disclosure than nearly anything else in this market, and it’s the row Pure Rawz couldn’t answer at all on the review date. And although the site’s own prose stops at “third party”, the issuing laboratory’s name does appear on the certificate documents themselves, so the second rubric row is answerable by opening a file even though the marketing copy leaves it open. Catalog listings ran to roughly 60 or more across peptides, blends, powders and packs. Shipping is stated as same-day dispatch before 1PM EST with free FedEx 2-Day shipping over $200, and the site banner carries “For research and laboratory use only.”

How to verify either supplier yourself

  • Where a site states it doesn’t sell or fulfil, follow one of its outbound purchase links and apply this rubric to the company at the far end, because that’s who would owe you an answer about a bad lot.
  • Open an actual certificate rather than trusting the count above it. A laboratory name, a batch reference and a test date have to appear together on the document, and site prose that stops at “third party” often sits above a file that names one.
  • Check whether a blend’s component masses are measured results on a batch report or nominal amounts on a label, because those are different claims and only one of them was tested.
