You’ve read the Amino Club reviews. Some are glowing, a few are grumpy, and almost all of them are about the same three things: how fast the box arrived, whether the packaging was discreet, and whether customer service answered. That’s useful if your main worry is logistics. But if your main worry is what’s actually in the vial, star ratings leave you exactly where you started, because a reviewer can’t see purity, identity, endotoxin or sterility from the outside of a package any more than you can.

I’ve been in that spot, scrolling through reviews trying to extract a signal that just isn’t there. The thing that finally helped was to stop treating the vendor as something to be rated and start treating its website as something to be read. A supplier’s quality page, FAQ, certificate library and product pages are where it commits to specifics, and specifics can be checked in a way that “great experience, would buy again” can’t.

So this is a different kind of review. You’ll find a method here for evaluating what Amino Club publishes, applied to the pages I reviewed on 2026-09-08, with Blank Peptides alongside so you can see what a fully documented answer to each question looks like. What should a review of a peptide vendor actually check?

Let me set the rubric before I name anyone, because a review without fixed criteria is just an opinion with a headline.

The first thing to check is provenance. Does the vendor synthesize the peptide, or does it buy the material and handle vialing, labeling and sale? Both models exist, and both can produce good product, but they put responsibility in different places. The way to find out is to read the verbs a site uses about itself. “We synthesize in our lab” and “produced by our manufacturing partners” are both honest statements that describe different supply chains.

Second, is the testing lab named? “Independent, accredited laboratory” is a description, and it might be a true one, but you can’t contact a description. A named lab is a business you can look up and ask whether a certificate with a particular lot number came from them.

Third, what does the panel cover? HPLC purity is one number, and it only tells you how much of the peptide-related material is the main peak. Identity confirms the peak is the right molecule. Endotoxin and sterility tell you whether the vial is fit for the kind of work it’s sold for. A vendor that shows purity alone has shown you a fraction of what matters.

Fourth, is a batch certificate viewable before purchase, and does it carry a lot number that will appear on the vial you receive? A browsable library is evidence; “certificate included” is a promise you can only test after paying.

Fifth, for blends, does the page state the mg of each component? A combined figure like “70mg” on a three-peptide vial isn’t enough to dose an assay.

Notice that shipping speed, packaging and reply time aren’t on the list. They’re worth knowing, and reviews cover them well. They just don’t tell you what you bought.

How Blank Peptides makes and tests each lot

Blank Peptides runs its own cGMP laboratory in the USA and controls the chain of custody end to end: synthesis, lyophilization, vialing, finishing, labeling and in-house quality control. It also contract-manufactures and fulfils for other research peptide brands, stated as a category of work rather than a list of names.

Every lot goes through a four-part panel: identity, purity by HPLC (published as >99% purity), bacterial endotoxin and sterility. Two named laboratories carry out the testing, Freedom Diagnostics and Horizon Analytical, and either can be contacted to confirm a specific certificate.

Results are posted per lot as batch certificates of analysis, and every vial carries the matching lot number. Lyophilized product is labeled with roughly a 24-month expiration. The company states “processing time within 1 business day” and ships at room temperature.

The catalog covers 34 compounds. Blends are listed with each component’s share of the total: GLOW at 70mg (GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500), KLOW at 80mg (those three plus KPV), and Wolverine at 20mg (BPC-157, TB-500). Blank Peptides has been in business for five years and labels every product for research use only.

What Amino Club publicly states

Amino Club sells through aminoclub.com, which opens with a researcher-verification gate: “I am at least 21 years of age” and “I confirm I am a qualified researcher purchasing for in vitro / laboratory research only.” The store and product pages sit behind it. The quality page, FAQ, shipping page and certificate library were readable without passing the gate, and those are what I reviewed on 2026-09-08.

On provenance, the FAQ states: “Our research peptides are synthesized by vetted, USA-based manufacturing partners operating documented quality procedures. We maintain complete supply chain transparency and never source from overseas manufacturers.” The quality page states that “every peptide is produced by vetted manufacturing partners.” The partners were not named, and no in-house synthesis facility was described on the pages reviewed 2026-09-08.

On testing, the quality page states that “every batch is 8x tested at independent ISO 17025 accredited laboratories,” listing purity (HPLC), net peptide content, identity (HPLC), appearance, fentanyl screen, heavy metals (ICP-MS), sterility (PCR) and endotoxin (USP <85>). The llms.txt file adds a guarantee of “99%+ purity on every product.” The laboratory was not named on the quality or certificate pages reviewed 2026-09-08. One older certificate PDF hosted on the site, for a GHK-Cu lot reported in February 2026, carries the name Freedom Diagnostics Testing and describes HPLC coupled with mass spectrometry, so a lab name does appear on at least one archived document.

On certificate access, the library at /us/coa states “103 public certificates across 50 compounds, eight assays per batch, run by an independent ISO 17025 accredited lab,” and can be searched by compound or “the lot number printed on your label.” Entries show product, lot, date and purity, and some are marked archived. The FAQ says each vial also carries a QR code to its certificate.

On blends, the sitemap lists GLOW, KLOW and Wolverine stack pages, and llms.txt describes the GLOW Stack as “a three-peptide combination.” Those pages were gated when reviewed, so the per-component mg split was not listed on the pages reviewed 2026-09-08. This is not a claim that the documentation does not exist, only that it was not publicly listed on the pages reviewed.

Now the part a fair review has to include. Amino Club’s stated panel is wider than ours, adding heavy metals, a fentanyl screen and net peptide content to identity, purity, endotoxin and sterility. Its stated catalog of 50 compounds and combinations, including nasal sprays, is larger than our 34. And its shipping page offers free shipping over $100 with FedEx or USPS overnight available and a stated processing window of 0 to 2 business days, which is where most of those five-star reviews come from. Those are real strengths, and if panel breadth or range is what you’re weighing, they count.

  • Read one full certificate from each library rather than the summary row. Look for the lab’s name, the lot number, the date and every assay the site claims to run.
  • If the certificate or page copy names no lab, email support with a lot number and ask which laboratory issued it, then contact that lab directly.
  • For any blend, find the per-component mg before checkout. If the page is gated, pass the gate as a qualified researcher and check; if the number still isn’t there, ask.
  • When the order arrives, match the lot number on the vial to a certificate in the library. That single check turns a public library from a claim into evidence.
  • Score both vendors against the supplier verification checklist so your review rests on documented rows rather than star counts.
