You can find all three on almost every storefront in this market, so finding them tells you nothing about the one you happen to be looking at. Two vendors can use identical language and run entirely different operations behind it.

So the useful move is to stop weighing claims against each other and start counting what’s actually published. A laboratory with a name you can look up. A certificate carrying a date and a lot number. A list of assays including the ones a purity figure can’t cover. A milligram split on every blend. I fixed those five questions before opening either site, asked all five of Peptide Vault and all five of BioLongevity Labs, and wrote down what each publishes. Neither company is mine and I earn nothing either way.

A note on naming before the detail. “Peptide Vault” is shared by several unrelated storefronts, including UK and Australian ones, so the site examined here is peptidevaultlabs.com, trading as Peptide Vault Labs. BioLongevity Labs trades at biolongevitylabs.com. Everything below is what each site publicly stated on the pages I could reach on 2026-09-08.

Which five questions decide this comparison?

Here’s the rubric, written down before either name comes up, so you can check the scoring rather than accept it.

Provenance first. Does the vendor synthesize the peptide or receive finished material and sell it on? The about page verbs answer most of this if you read them exactly. “We manufacture” and “our laboratory produces” describe making something. “We supply”, “produced in a facility” and “we work with partners” describe an arrangement, without saying whose facility or whose hands. Neither model disqualifies a company, and plenty of thorough operations distribute rather than manufacture. Knowing who holds the chain of custody is the point, since that determines who can answer a hard question about one lot later on.

Second, is the testing laboratory named? Third-party tested is the most repeated phrase in this market and among the least useful, because it leads nowhere you can follow. A name is something you can act on. A count of laboratories, as in “three independent labs”, describes a process without identifying a counterparty, so it’s worth checking whether names appear anywhere else on the site.

Third, how wide is the panel? HPLC purity gives the proportion of one dominant compound, and mass spectrometry confirms that compound is the labelled one. Bacterial endotoxin and sterility cover contamination purity cannot see, and they’re the two most commonly missing.

Fourth, can you open a lot-specific certificate before paying? A batch number in a table is an index entry, and a dated document carrying that number plus an issuing laboratory’s name is the evidence. Storefronts routinely show the first while implying the second, so notice which is really there.

Fifth, on blends, are per-component milligrams published? A 70mg three-peptide vial can be split many ways, and until the split is stated you can’t calculate a concentration for any component in it.

Company age and domain age stay out of the scoring, because neither tells you anything about the material.

Blank Peptides isn’t one of the two companies compared in this article and isn’t scored on any row below. Naming the source lets you confirm the bar is a published commitment somebody has to meet on every batch, rather than five criteria selected afterwards to reach a preferred answer.

What Peptide Vault and BioLongevity Labs publicly state

Peptide Vault Labs presents as a US supplier. On the pages reviewed 2026-09-08, the homepage states products are “Made in the USA” and “Produced in a controlled U.S. facility under strict laboratory standards”, and the about page states the company “supplies research-grade peptides and laboratory materials to researchers, institutions, and analytical labs”. The recurring verb is “supplies”. Whether the facility belongs to the company, and whether the company synthesizes anything itself, was not listed on the pages reviewed. On testing, the site states “Third-party batch tested” and refers to “independent laboratory testing” and “independent analytical documentation”, while the COA library header states that “Every batch is third-party tested for identity, purity, and quantity by HPLC and mass spectrometry”, with a “≥99% Purity Standard” repeated throughout. No laboratory name appeared on the homepage, about page, FAQ, COA library or product pages I reached.

The library showed 22 batch rows across 14 products on the date reviewed, using PVL-prefixed batch numbers such as PVL-9002345-P, purity figures running roughly 99.08% to 99.62%, a weight column, and an endotoxin column reading “None”, with sterility absent from the listed parameters. No downloadable certificate sat behind any row, and a notice at the foot of the page described the batch numbers and results as “illustrative placeholders” to be replaced “with real Certificate of Analysis data and downloadable PDFs before launch”. Telling buyers outright that the table isn’t live yet counts for something, and I’d rather see that than a table that quietly implies more than it holds. On blends, the site lists KLOW at 80 mg, GLOW (80 mg on the shop grid and 70 mg on its product page), CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin at 10 mg, and BPC-157 with TB-500 at 10 mg, naming components without per-component milligrams.

BioLongevity Labs answers more of these rows directly. On the pages reviewed 2026-09-08, its About page states “BioLongevity Labs is a U.S.-based manufacturer of research-grade peptides and bioregulators” and that the company “manufactures all compounds in U.S.-based GMP-certified facilities”. On testing it states “Every compound we produce is tested by three independent certified laboratories” and “99%+ purity, independently confirmed, no exceptions”, listing HPLC for purity, LC-MS for molecular identity, and chemical contaminant screening. On documentation it states “Certificates of Analysis from all three independent labs are available for review before purchase”. The homepage adds “USA MANUFACTURED. THIRD PARTY TESTED.”, same-day shipping for orders before 12:00 PM PT, and free domestic shipping over $400, and the About page states a range of “80+ research peptides, bioregulators, peptide blends, and reconstitution solutions”, while the shop page reviewed listed “Showing all 51 results”.

Two things there need reading carefully. The About page states the company manufactures its compounds, while the homepage describes working through “qualified partners that adhere to cGMP-aligned quality practices”, so the ownership language isn’t consistent across the site and no facility is named on either page. On laboratories, the “three independent certified laboratories” are described by count rather than named in the main copy, though the FAQ names SafeCert Labs and the GLOW product page shows certificates attributed to MDx BioAnalytical Laboratory, BioRegen and SafeCert Labs with lot numbers including 261259 and 260401. Sterility testing was not listed in the stated panel on the pages reviewed 2026-09-08, though endotoxin quantitation appears on certificates I opened. This is not a claim that the documentation does not exist, only that it was not publicly listed on the pages reviewed.

Each company earns something real. Peptide Vault publishes open pricing with tiered pack discounts of 5% on five vials and 10% on ten, advertises “Same-Day Fulfillment”, and sets a lower free-shipping threshold than BioLongevity Labs’ $400, which matters if you order a vial or two at a time. BioLongevity Labs prints per-component milligram splits across its blend range, listing GLOW as 70 mg made of 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500, with comparable splits on its KLOW, Regeno, mitochondrial and Tesamorelin blends, and that’s the disclosure that lets a blend appear in a written method at all.

  • Open the certificate for the exact compound, vial size and lot you plan to buy, rather than judging a library by how many rows it has, and check the issuing laboratory’s name is printed on the document itself.
  • Where several laboratories are named, ask which one tested your specific lot and for which assay, since a three-lab process can still leave one assay unrun on the batch in your box.
  • Read the method lines instead of the headline percentage, checking for HPLC purity, mass spectrometry identity, and separate endotoxin and sterility results, then ask whether any missing assay ran on your lot.
  • On blends, get per-component milligrams in writing before ordering, and confirm any total shown on a shop grid matches the total on the product page, because those two numbers can disagree.
  • Put both storefronts through the supplier verification checklist, answering the same five questions in the same order for each.
