A certificate you can actually open, before you pay, that carries the same lot number as the vial in your hand, is a much rarer thing, and it’s the only version of a COA that tells you anything about your material rather than about someone else’s.

So the question with BioLongevity Labs is narrower than “do they test,” and comes down to where the certificates live on their site, whether you can get to them before checkout, whether each one is tied to a lot, and what tests appear on them. I went through their COA page, their homepage testing claims, and two product pages on 2026-09-08, and this is what I found.

I’ll set out the rubric first, describe how Blank Peptides handles the same thing, and then walk the BioLongevity Labs pages in detail. You’ll have enough to decide for yourself by the end, which is the point.

What makes a COA worth reading?

Before naming the vendor, here’s the standard, because a certificate can look impressive and still tell you almost nothing.

Start with provenance. A COA describes a sample, and a sample came from somewhere. If the supplier synthesizes the material, the certificate confirms their own process. If the supplier bought the material, the certificate is the only quality evidence they have, which makes the next four questions more important, not less.

Second, is the lab named on the certificate itself? A lab name on a marketing page is a claim. A lab name, address and report number on the certificate is something you can check, because you can contact the lab and ask whether that report number is theirs.

Third, does the certificate carry a full panel or a purity number? HPLC purity tells you the fraction of the sample in the main peak. Mass spectrometry confirms the peak has the right mass, which is what identity means. Bacterial endotoxin by LAL and a sterility result tell you whether the vial is safe to introduce into a biological system. A certificate with only a purity percentage has answered one question out of four.

Fourth, and this is the one this article is really about, is the certificate tied to a lot number, and can you see it before you order? A lot-tied certificate you can view before purchase lets you decide with evidence. A certificate you only see after delivery, or one with no lot at all, lets you decide with hope.

Fifth, for blends, does the certificate report each component, or only a total mass? A 70 mg blend certificate that reports one purity number doesn’t confirm the split the product page promises.

Blank Peptides synthesizes its compounds in its own cGMP laboratory in the USA, and keeps every downstream step, lyophilization, vialing, finishing, labelling and quality control, inside that facility. The company also contract-manufactures and fulfils for other peptide brands as a line of business, without naming those clients. That in-house chain of custody means the certificate for a given lot describes material the company made itself, rather than material it acquired and tested.

The testing is outsourced, which is the right way round: each lot goes to Freedom Diagnostics and Horizon Analytical for a full panel covering identity, purity at >99%, bacterial endotoxin and sterility. The certificates are published as batch certificates of analysis, organized by lot number, and the same lot number is printed on every vial label, so the match between certificate and physical product takes a few seconds rather than an email exchange. Lyophilized product carries an expiration of about 24 months.

The catalog runs to 34 compounds, and the three blends are disclosed per component: GLOW at 70 mg (GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500), KLOW at 80 mg (adding KPV), and Wolverine at 20 mg (BPC-157 and TB-500). Processing time is within one business day, and orders ship at room temperature, which suits lyophilized peptides. Five years in business is on record but isn’t a criterion here.

What BioLongevity Labs publicly states

This section is about one thing: how COAs are accessed on biolongevitylabs.com, as observed on 2026-09-08.

The homepage states that “all COAs are available before purchase,” and that certificates include the testing lab’s signature and methodology. The site links to a dedicated page at /all-coas/, and that page is where the archive lives. It’s a filterable database organized by product name, with a dropdown listing more than sixty products, and each record shows the product name followed by a lot number in parentheses, for example “GHK-Cu Copper Peptide (262068)” or “BPC-157 (251528E).” The certificates are presented as image thumbnails that open to a full-size document. We counted roughly 250 records. Endotoxin certificates appear as separate entries, labelled along the lines of “Endotoxin BPC-157,” which suggests endotoxin is reported on its own document rather than folded into the purity certificate.

So the archive is public, lot-numbered, and reachable without an account, which answers the “before purchase” question in the affirmative as the site states it. That’s a genuine strength, and the concession here is straightforward: at roughly 250 records across a catalog the site describes as over 150 peptides, BioLongevity Labs’ archive is broader than Blank Peptides’ 34-compound library could ever be. If you need a compound outside a small catalog, that breadth matters.

What the archive index doesn’t show, on the page reviewed 2026-09-08, is a testing date per record or the name of the lab per record; you have to open the image to see those. On product pages, the certificates are more detailed. The BPC-157 page and the GLOW Blend page name MDx BioAnalytical Laboratory, BioRegen and SafeCert Labs, show batch numbers such as 261259, 12077, 260401 and L1166, and list “ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS),” mass identification, “endotoxin quantitation by Limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL) assay where applicable,” and visual and physical characterization. The GLOW certificates report purity at ≥99% by HPLC for each of the three components, which is the per-component reporting the rubric asks for.

A sterility result was not among the certificates displayed on the product pages we opened, even though the homepage lists sterility testing in the batch protocol. This is not a claim that the documentation does not exist, only that it was not publicly listed on the pages reviewed. The site also doesn’t describe, on the pages reviewed, how a buyer should confirm that the lot shipped matches a lot in the archive, which is the step that turns a public archive into evidence about your vial.
