Which five questions decide a documentation comparison?
Setting the criteria before either company is named matters, because a rubric written after reading two sites quietly rewards whatever those two sites already happen to do well.
Provenance comes first. Does the company state that it synthesizes the material, or does it describe supplying, sourcing, providing or distributing it?
